บทคัดย่อ
วงจรคุณภาพพีดีซีเอถูกนำมาใช้ในระบบการผลิตสินค้าและการบริการ ตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบันเป็นระยะเวลานานเกินกว่า 80 ปีแล้ว ซึ่งพบว่าวงจรบริหารคุณภาพนี้ มีความสำคัญและเป็นประโยชน์อย่างมากต่อการดำเนินงานและการพัฒนาองค์กร โดยเริ่มจากการวางแผน (P) การดำเนินงาน (D) การตรวจสอบ (C) และการปรับปรุงแก้ไข (A) ส่งผลให้การดำเนินงานบรรลุเป้าหมาย ป้องกันและแก้ไขไม่ให้ปัญหาเกิดซ้ำได้ ช่วยปรับปรุงพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตสินค้าและบริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง ก่อให้เกิดแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี ส่งผลให้สินค้าและบริการมีคุณภาพตามความต้องการของลูกค้าและพนักงาน ช่วยลดต้นทุนการผลิต ทำให้องค์กรเกิดผลกำไรที่มากขึ้น การส่งมอบทันเวลา จึงช่วยสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับองค์กรในระยะยาวได้ ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับองค์กรที่นำวงจรคุณภาพพีดีซีเอมาใช้คือ (1) ไม่ควรใช้วงจร PDCA สำหรับการแก้ปัญหาที่เป็นเรื่องเร่งด่วน (2) พีดีซีเอ อาจใช้ไม่ได้สมบูรณ์กับระบบคุณภาพบางระบบที่อาจต้องมีการบูรณาการระหว่างข้อกำหนดในระบบ (3) ควรมีการอมรมสร้างความเข้าใจและสร้างความตระหนักของวงจรพีดีซีเอทั่วทั้งองค์กร (4) ควรมีการทบทวนของฝ่ายบริหารที่จะปรับปรุงพัฒนาแก้ไขปัญหาและข้อบกพร่องต่างๆ แล้วนำมาใช้เป็นแผนปรับปรุงพัฒนาการดำเนินงานรอบถัดไป

Abstract
PDCA quality circuits are used in the production of goods and services. From the past to the present for a period of more than 80 years, it was found that this quality management cycle. It is very important and beneficial to the operation and development of the organization. It starts with planning (P), doing (D), check (C), and corrective action (A) resulting in the implementation of the goals Prevent and fix problems from reoccurring. Help improve and develop the production process of goods and services continuously. create good practice as a result, quality products and services meet the needs of customers and employees, reduces production costs, make the organization more profitable timely delivery, thus helping to create sustainability for the organization in the long run. Recommendations for organizations implementing PDCA cycles are: (1) PDCA cycles should not be used for urgent resolutions; (2) PDCAs may not be fully compatible with some quality systems that may require integration between system requirements; (3) There should be training to build understanding and awareness of the PDCA cycle throughout the organization; (4) There should be a management review to improve and improve various problems and bugs. Then use it as a plan to improve and develop the next round of operations.
